Synopsis
The New Scum concludes with a drunken bang as Spider Jerusalem holds a depraved election-night party as the future of the nation is decided. It's the Smiler vs. the Beast, winner-take-all—and covering the political madness as usual is Spider, determined to write the truth no matter what.
