The Elseworld adventures of Batgirl and Robin continue! As the two masked daredevils set their sights on taking down the operation of Bianca Steeplechase (and the crooked cops on her payroll), they find they may finally have taken one risk too many! Meanwhile, Detective Bruce Wayne, one of the few remaining GCPD cops not in Bianca's pocket, begins to question who the real bad guys are as he investigates both the daring duo and corruption in City Hall amidst the opening of the new Cityheart Plaza.
