Synopsis

Darkstar Donna Troy and the deputies mourn the apparent demise of Colos - lost in the power struggle for control of the Darkstars - leading the deputies to reconsider their roles in the organization. Meanwhile, on Earth, a new war ignites between the alien crime syndicate and its mysterious rival, the Crimelord, whose machinations are also being felt in Deathstroke the Terminator (1991) #42.
