Synopsis

Kaizen Gamorra's mad plan is revealed and the Authority—hardly recovered from defeating a hundred superhuman terrorists—has to save a major American city (and its millions of inhabitants) from being annihilated. What happens next is mass destruction the likes of which the Earth has never seen.
