Synopsis
Sarge Steel unites Captain Atom, Blue Beetle, Nightshade and Thunderbolt (who are joined by the all-new Judomaster) when the villainous Andreas Havoc escapes from his Tibetan prison and sets out to destroy New York City. This issue also includes a Jack O'Lantern solo story by Steven T. Seagle and Frank Squillace, and the penultimate chapter of the Praxis saga by Michael Jan Friedman and Mike Mayhew.
