Synopsis

Tension and clashing interpersonal traits may yet prevent the JLA from becoming a truly cohesive unit, and that suits Vandal Savage and the group known as Locus just fine! Savage and Locus step up their plans to eradicate the JLA before the team can pose a true threat to their secret plan.
