Synopsis

Mr. Whisper breaks into Gotham Cathedral and steals back his soulcord – the device he used to cheat the Lord of Darkness. Meanwhile, Batman returns to Gotham City and arranges a meeting with the surviving crime bosses to arrange for unity against Mr. Whisper. And you won't believe who shows up!
