Black Lightning: Year One

Jefferson Pierce returns to the infamous Suicide Slum of Metropolis to bring hope to the residents of his downtrodden former neighborhood. He'll quickly learn that a lawless place sometimes requires a lawless vigilante to drag it into the light.
